Islamic Banking Profile (PS)

VISION:

To become a transformative, innovative, competitive and superior study program and be able to compete globally in the field of Islamic banking, especially digital Islamic microfinance with the spirit of Islam rahmatan lil’alamin in 2030

MISSION:

1. To organize Islamic banking education through academic and professional education stages according to the demands of the times in a comprehensive manner with an emphasis on Islam rahmatan lil’alamin.
2. To conduct research, especially in the field of Islamic banking in a sustainable manner.
3. To carry out community service activities for the development of the Islamic banking industry.
4. To foster and develop a network of cooperation with related institutions both at home and abroad

OBJECTIVES

1. To organize a quality, actual, contextual and applicable undergraduate education and learning program in Islamic banking, microfinance in order to have competitiveness that is oriented towards expertise and industrial professions by emphasizing on akhlakul karimah.
2. Increasing capabilities through strengthening creative, innovative and professional applied methodologies and research in the field of Islamic microfinance to help develop the Islamic Banking industry
3. Encouraging the birth of community service research themes that lead to superior vision in the field of micro finance
4. Collaborating, fostering and developing mutually beneficial cooperation networks with Islamic banking, micro finance, government and non-government institutions, both domestically and abroad.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Graduates of the Islamic Banking study program (PS) are prepared to become Islamic Banking Practitioners, Islamic Banking and Finance Entrepreneurs, Islamic Financial Institution Practitioners and Academics (Banks and Non-Banks), and Islamic Banking Research Assistants
