The main objective of developing the E-Santri service is to make it easier for students to make transactions in the Islamic boarding school environment without having to use cash. By using a special application from BPR Syariah Lantabur, students can make transactions simply by scanning a code, making the process faster and more efficient. This innovation not only increases the convenience of students in making transactions, but also encourages a culture of digital transactions among them.
In implementing this program, student interns play an important role in supporting BPR Syariah Lantabur employees, especially in the process of making E-Santri cards for students who lose their cards. This assignment provides valuable experience for students in understanding the work process in Islamic financial institutions and the importance of responsive service. Through this collaboration, students can learn directly about the challenges and solutions faced in managing technology-based financial services. In addition, students also have the opportunity to interview several students who have used the E-Santri service. This interview aims to explore the experiences and opinions of students regarding the services they receive. The results of the interview will be processed into interesting content to be uploaded to BPR Syariah Lantabur’s social media, so that it can expand the reach of information about this service and educate the public about the benefits of technology in financial transactions in the Islamic boarding school environment.
